Commercial Acceptance was founded in 2013 when the Principal Daniel Grul found an urgent, unmet need in the market for a specialist commercial lender with not only commercial nous and the ability to understand complex business requirements, but with strong lender relationships and market knowledge to help solve even the most challenging of commercial lending situations.

Since 2013 the team at Commercial Acceptance has provided over $8M in lending to companies Australia-wide, supporting business decision makers from the construction, mining, transport and business sectors and more.

With a focus on commercial lending and nothing else, Commercial Acceptance has also found a role as a specialist partner to accountants, financial planners and other financial advisors in facilitating sophisticated commercial lending arrangements on behalf of their client base.

Daniel’s finance career began in a car yard in the Northern suburbs of Sydney. His ability to develop great relationships resulted in being taught by some senior Bankers and executives. They taught him to look at each deal from every possible side so that the deal had the best possible chance of success both for the bank and the client. This resulted in this car yard becoming one of the largest volume of finance in its class. 

Daniel has continually increased his knowledge and skills so that he can continue to see all aspects of the transaction. As the Principal of Commercial Acceptance,  He works on a referral basis. Assisting Accountants, Mortgage Brokers, the Legal Profession and others to achieve the results that their clients expect. Daniel specialises in Commercial Finance with a specific specialty in ‘complicated’.
